Create new case from RA with custom CRM field
Hi all,
Still fairly new to custom records/fields etc. On my own custom records when I create a field referring to a List/Record and select record is parent, on that parent record the child record shows up as an editable list with a "new <custom record>" button, an "attach" button and "customise" button for the sublist view.
I've now tried adding a custom CRM field to my case records that allows a Return Authorization to be referred to. In this custom CRM field I have selected "record is parent" with the idea that on the RA record you will be able to create a new case from the RA.
