Custom Field

Hi Guys,
I want to make a custom field on Item Fulfilments, which prepopulates an "estimated delivery date" of tomorrow-next day

1./So if the fulfilment was created on 26th October 2010, the "estimated delivery" field would say 27th-28th October 2010.

That would be my ideal, if that is not possible, then just the "2 days time" date.

2./ So if shipped on 26th, the estimated delivery would say 28th October?

Any ideas??

Option 1 would be the best if possible?  Thanks in advance!!
