Dependent picklist

Does anyone have a good solution to solve for dependent picklists?

e.g.

Field A values: Animals, Cars, Vegetables.

Field B Values: Dog, Horse, Broccoli.

If I select Animals in Field A, I would like only Dog and Horse to appear in Field B.
