Saved Search with Alternate Date?

One of the really cool features of Reports is that you can add the same column/field, but specify a different date range.

Can this be done with a Saved Search?

I need to produce a Saved Transaction (Sales Orders) Search that shows the following results columns:
[LIST]
[*]Sum of Quantity for an Item on a Sales order with Ship date of today (or other specified day)
[*]Sum of Quantity for an Item on a Sales order with Ship date of One Week Ago[/LIST]Can this be done?

Use Case: Manufacturing forecasting
