Saved Search with Scheduled emails for past due customers
Hello everyone...i am trying to create a saved search and schedule an email that gets automatically sent to customers on a timed basis (monthly, weekly, etc.) I want the email to get sent to all customers that are past due based on their current account "days overdue" field. Overall, I want to be able to customize several messages that will be sent to customers at different tiers of past due age (i.e. 0-30, 31-60,61-90,90+)
I have been unsuccessful in getting this message to trigger based on my saved customer search. Here's what I currently have setup:
