Format CVS Export so minimum formatting required in Excel/Numbers

Hi,

How do I pre-format a Saved Search so that it looks nice and ready for printing after exporting in CSV?

At the moment, the exported file is unsorted.

I want to sort them by Product Group and Item Code and give it a TITLE
so minimum formatting will be required in Excel/Numbers.
