Publishing a Project Saved Search in the Customer Center that is filtered by customer

I am trying to figure out a way to publish a saved search that shows projects in the Customer Center for individual customers.  Publishing the search is easy, but the hard part is finguring out how to limit the return data to the individual customer.  At present if I enable the published search, it shows a list of all projects for all customers, not just the one for the individual customer.
