'Inactive' Customer Records Saved Search
Hey NS,
We tried using the following criteria to narrow down our 'inactive' customers.
Filter Description
Task: Due date is not within next one quarter
Stage is any Lead, Prospect
Last Modified is before one month ago
User Notes: Date is not after one month ago
Call: Phone call date is not within next one quarter
On both the Task/User Note:date filter, it still shows customer records that have a task and/or note in the next month.
Any ideas?
