How to do a "Begins with" function in a Summary Filter

Would anyone know how to do a Begins with?

Instead of this:
(case when {messages.subject} = 'My message' then 1 else 0 end)

I would like to test:
(case when {messages.subject} begins with 'My' then 1 else 0 end)

Note: in SQL it would be messages.subject like 'My%'
