Training Employees on Saved Searches

Hey I've had a lot of employees come to me and ask "Can you teach me how to build a saved search?"

My first thought is they need to have some basic understanding of the structure in Netsuite (ie. the relationships between tables or custom records)

Is there a magic button that creates a wonderful database schema of all the custom records with primary/foreign keys and fields?
