Associate a partner with an item on a save search
We would like to create an an inventory item search that links to the partners preferences. Specifically, we want to send an email alert to partners with inventory levels - but we only want to send them the items that pertain to them.
In our case every item has a custom list field that we group by (i.e square widgets, round widgets, triangle widgets, etc.). On the partner record for example, we can put a multi-select field to show that they are interested in square and round widgets only.
Does anybody know of a way to create an item search that can link to the partner record to filter by what type of widgets that pertain to them?
