Getting the Total Count of a Search

I have a Search that contains from all Open Orders, all Open Lines. So Main Line is False.

It returns 56 lines.

This value displays on the footer of the Search results page. Total Found: 56

How can I get the Count as Result? I just need the 56 value as the output.

If I do a Reminder based on the Search it works, but I just want it as a result.

Let me know.
