Saved Searc showing all Live items which have not had a sale

Hi,

I am trying to create a saved search to show all active items that have been created since going live in Oct 2010, But we want to pull off a Search or Report, to show items that have not had a sale between xx and xx date.

For Example :

Tree made live
1 Oct 2010 - 0 Sales
1 Nov 2010 - 10 Sales
1 Dec 2010 - 5 Sales
Feb 2011 to Sep 2011 = 0 Sales

So If I was to select July 2011 to Sept 2011 dates this item should show up, because it has had no sales.

I have created one but this search is only showing 23 items instead of something like 2000.
