Identify Slow Inventory Search help

Hello,

I am trying to generate a few saved searches that will help us identify slow moving inventory.

One way I am thinking of doing this is to create an item transaction search that will display the percentage of the inventory that was sold since our last Purchase Order.

Is there anyone who could help me write the formula for this?
