Adding "Or" for Multiple Items in Search Criteria

Hi there,
I need to add an "Or" option for two items in my saved search criteria.
For example, find all clients who have either A or B selected or both.

Currently my search as it stands only pulls those clients with both A and B selected, but not one or the other.

Any idea how I can get that to work?
