How do you create Log Call link in a search?

We are trying to ad a link to a search so our Call Center reps can click to Log a Call - rather then opening the record, then Activities -> Log Call

We tried:   '<a href="#" onclick="nlOpenWindow("/app/crm/calendar/call.nl?status=INCOMPLETE&l=T&refresh=activities&invitee='||{internalid}||'"&company='||{internalid}||'"&cf=36&whence=");return false;">Log Phone Call</a>'

Not working.
