Need to return unrestricted results for Message search

Hi there,

I have a need to create a search that pulls phone calls, emails, tasks and events for the sales staff that is going to be used by the sales managers. Currently, it appears that only the Administrator role has the ability to view all activity done by the sales staff but other roles are only allowed to view their own activity.

Can someone please tell me if this is a permission issue & if so what do I need to change in order to give the sales managers access to this data?
