Need help calculating days in between status change

Hi there,
I've been tasked with building a report that calculates the number of days a prospect stayed in a certain status before moving to the next. I'm using a saved search with system notes to configure the report, but I'm just not sure how to build formulas or calculations.

Any help would be much appreciated!
