Customer Center - Options in Filters
Hi everyone,
I have a custom record in Netsuite that tracks devices that are assigned to specific customer projects (jobs). For any customer, they might have several projects.
In the customer center, I have set up a saved search that shows all of these device records for the customer (criteria: customer = me). It correctly restricts their view to only devices that are assigned to them. We also would like to give them the ability to use a filter to narrow the report to an individual project. However, when you click on the filter in the footer - it shows all projects, not just the projects for this customer.
