Opportunity Saved Search Alerts not working
Good morning,
I have a few opportunity saved search alerts that send an email to sales reps and other team members once the status changes to Closed-Won. They worked fine a couple days ago until I unchecked the Send Email box to test an opportunity workflow. Once rechecked and saved, the alert no longer worked. I created new versions from scratch to see if that worked and still nothing.
I filed a NetSuite ticket but was wondering if I'm missing something here or if anyone was experiencing issues with these. It appears to be affecting opportunities.
