Searching for Saved Searches

Is there a way to find all of the Saved Searches that are currently using a certain field either in the Criteria or the Results tab? We are having to update/re-format a custom field for another purpose and I will need to update all of our saved searches that currently use this field. Being able to get a list of which saved searches need to be updated would be a huge time saver vs. having to look through all 400 to ensure I get them all.
