Saved Search to Show System Notes Date when New Value is...

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a saved search I'm working on.  I need to find a way to display the System Note Date when a custom Opportunity field named "Milestone Status" was updated. 

Milestone statuses include Suspect, Needs Analysis, Pricing Meeting, and Signed Contract.  These Milestone statuses are logged in System Notes when they are changed so I think there is a way to get at this data but I'm not sure how.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can display the specific date when a user modified the Milestone Status on the opportunity  to "Suspect", "Needs Analysis", etc.?
