Possible Duplicate Dashboard Reminder

Hi,

I am trying to create a saved search that displays the number of today's possible duplicate transactions. We currently have a user who sits down and keys in a couple hundred mailed in transactions every few days. Inevitably sometimes the user will accidentally key in the same transaction twice. I would like to create a search the user can refresh when they are done keying in the transactions to review possible duplicates.

A duplicate would be defined as a transaction that was created on the same day, with the same customer, project (category field), and amount. How would I create criteria that looks for duplicates in this way?
