Saved Search for Items on Loan, no Returns
Hello, i've created a Saved Search to monitor serialized assembly items that we loan to people. What I want is for the item(s) to come off the search when it has been returned to us (via a Return Authorization).
So far we are handling loans like Sales Orders, so I simply created a custom Sales Order "Loan" form with a couple of custom fields pertaining to the loan (Loan Return Date, etc). This way we can fulfill/pick/pack/ship etc, we are just not taking their money. When an item is returned, we do a Return Authorization.
