KPI scorecard for the average number of sales orders per customer / per date range

Has anyone made a KPI scorecard for the average number of sales order transactions per customer per range.

So, like average number of transactions last year -vs- average number the year before last.

We'd like to work on getting more repeat customers and this two column scorecard would be a good indicator if we're headed in the right direction.

Any advice on making it would be much appreciated.
