How to search for descriptions (on the transaction level)?

I see that I can search for the memo field on the invoice level, but I can't figure out how to search for the description field at the transaction level.  I don't see this filter option anywhere.  I see a "Description" in "File (Line) Fields..." but that doesn't seem to be the description I'm trying to target at the transaction level.

I attached a couple of screenshots to demonstrate what field I'm trying to target.  Thanks for any assistance.
