Basic CASE when query?
Good morning,
I'm getting hung up on the most basic "CASE when" statement:
In saved search results, I've got maximum of Formula (Date), with this formula --> CASE when {activity.type}='Appointment' then {activity.date} ELSE 0 END
I actually want to add another layer for Phone Calls, but can't even get that basic one to work for me.
Can someone please point out where I've gone wrong?
