Global Search - Missing Results
Hello,
We're seeing an issue in our Netsuite account where global search does not return a complete result set when searching items.
A little background:
It is our convention to combine 4 different attributes into the display name and sales description fields.
We sell wine, so our display names are structured like this: Producer WineName Vintage Bottle Size
e.g. Drouhin Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru 16 750
where Drouhin is the producer, Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru is the name of the particular wine, 16 is the vintage, and 750 is the bottle size.
Each of these distinct data points are stored in separate custom fields as well.
