Commissions on classes not working

edited Mar 12, 2007 4:21AM in Commissions 2 comments

hi, i see from various posts that commissions and classes can be tricky... can anyone shed some light here?

i want two schedules

2.5% of sales for Items with class A

2.5% of profit for Items with class B
I'm setting the schedules to have

Commission on (#1) Sales or (#2) Invty Total Profit

per Transaction Line Item

Categorised by Classes

Eligible Amount = Billings

Scale = flat rate (#1) or linear (#2)

rate = percentage
i'm getting blank results - no commission due. If i remove the classes, i get commission as expected. I have "Allow Per-Line Classes" set to enabled. The Item classes are in a two-level hierarchy - i've also tried the Parent Classes setting. And i've tried using Collections instead of Billings...

Howdy, Stranger!
