What does a blank "Date Eligible" field indicate?
ah man, I suspect I'm making a real mess for myself to cleanup. I modified some more plans and I've noticed now that I have several commissions that are negative amounts with a previously authorized amount. The Date Eligible field is blank.
Would this indicate that I don't have plan coverage for this rep on a specific date? I'm verified that I do, for example:
Rep A is assigned to plan 1 from 1/1/2008 through 4/30/2008
Rep A is assigned to plan 2 from 5/1/2008 through 12/31/2008
Should the dates overlap at the transition point? Seems like double commissions would be paid then?
Please help!
