We just started using the commissions module. We have it paying by class, only 2 levels, really, not so complicated. If they sell one type of item, it is a 4% bracket and most others, besides service items is 7%... orders have a mix of both types on a regular basis. The items have been assigned by class since we went live, 5 years ago.

However, since I didn't have the class showing on transaction forms, it didn't automatically set on the line items. All new quotes/ orders/ invoices are fine, but everything prior to when I made the class available on forms, no commissions is being figured for any transactions. They want to see this year in Netsuite.
