Inventory Valuation

Our inventory valuation summary has a number of items with zero qty on hand, yet there is a inventory value listed.  This makes our balance sheet (& income statement) incorrect.  I have tried Adjust Inventory & Adjust Inventory Worksheet to remedy this problem, but neither worked.  Any thoughts on how to fix this?
