Inventory Adjustment report

Is there a way to report on ALL inventory adjustments by item?  when I use a transaction search, I use type=inventory adjustment.  It gives me the inventory adjustment records, but I would like to see ALL items in a detail report, not just the inventory adjustment records.  I tried an inventory search using the transactions tab in the inventory record, but I can't seem to find where system notes/tranaction type=inventory adjustment?  Any thoughts?
