Inventory Worksheet Issue TODAY

I thought I fully understood Inventory Worksheets.

Today we did a count of products and the Inventory Worksheet seems to be functioning as an Inventory Adjustment.

For example, we had "5 red widgets" on hand today. After a count, we determined there were really only 4 red widgets. We entered "4" in the "New Quantity" field. And now Netsuite is indicating there are "9 red widgets". The history for the item shows that 4 red widgets were added via an Inventory Worksheet, which is incorrect. 1 red widget should have been subtracted.

I've been on the phone with Netsuite customer support for 18 minutes now, and I'm still holding waiting for somebody. (Thankfully I have "Gold" support!) I wanted to show somebody this before I had to delete it.
