Dead Stock

Does anyone out there have a search they have built to show dead stock? We have over 5000 sku's and I need to find stock that hasn't sold in the last rolling year so I can but them on clearance. I can do a search that shows me how many items we have sold, but I'm not able to find the items that haven't sold.

Any help would be appreciated.
