Zero Stock on Hand but have an Inventory Value

Due to discrepancies in Return Fulfillments and Return Credits I have a number of stock cards that have no stock on hand but a residual stock value. I cannot go back and edit the transactions to correct these discrepancies as they happened in long closed accounting periods.

Is there a way to zero the value on the card?
