Bug in Group Calendar

I created an employee group and changed the 'Daily Time Increments' preference to 30 minutes. I created a dashboard shortcut to a new group appointment by saving the url after clicking the appointment link from within the group.

This shortcut allows the call centre to create a group appointment with the intention of looking at the availability for each member of the group before scheduling the appointment to whoever is available.

Their availability is shown in hourly increments despite the preference setting of 30 minutes. I've checked all the other settings for the individual members of the group as well as the user creating the appointment and they are set to 30 minutes.
