Activity Scheduler

In a non-admin Sales Centre role when I go to the Activites tab, the Scheduler is not there. Clicking 'Customise this page' shows the Scheduler unticked but the box is greyed out. The admin roles are able to add the scheduler via 'Customise this page'.

Does the role need enhanced permissions or have I found a bug? :eek:
