Is anyone aware of any way to include additional information on the automated e-mail that gets sent out to Task assignees notifying (or reminding) them that they have a task assigned?

We have an issue where Tasks are assigned to non-NetSuite users (to keep the no. of licences down we don't necessarily want to give anyone who might be assigned a task access to NS), but then they don't recieve the info. they need to complete the task, so a separate e-mail has to be sent with details &/or related files attached => increase work load for the NS user assigning the task.
