How to copy tasks - Permissions in user roles

I want to allow my sales team to COPY their tasks.  When I log in as an administrator I am able to use the MORE ACTIONS and I have a COPY function which works great.  When I log in the sales roles we have setup customized they do not have this option, but they have FOLLOW UP. 

I have tried to compare roles but cannot find the option to allow the tasks to be copied in their roles.

Does anyone know what user permission needs to be granted to allow this to work?
