Copy existing Events?

Hello,

Our training coordinator schedules the same course for five different locations, each month. I do not see a way that she can simply copy last month's scheduled event and change the dates for that location. I also am not finding anything in the NS Help area. Is anyone duplicating/copying existing events? Any suggestions on how to do this?
