Problem saving emails in Netsuite
My Client has been experiencing this problem when trying to save emails to NetSuite from there Outlook 2003 client:
When clicking on Save to Netsuite, instead of the normal popup dialogue box asking for which record to attach this to, nothing happens and the email gets queued. This problem is intermittent and can happen to the same email which sometimes goes though and sometimes doesn’t. The user uses Outlook 2003, and she has tried this on two different laptops, getting the same error on both.
The problem is intermittent and so far they have spent a lot of time with Netsuite support without any success.
