Sync does not bring over Main Phone field

I'm syncing Contacts, Tasks and Events from Netsuite into Outlook 2007 on a Vista machine using Outlook 2.0.  Everything comes across fine except the Main Phone field in Netsuite.  All I get is Home, Fax and Mobile numbers but no business number.

Is there a mapping issue that I need to address.
