Silent Install, .MSI package

I'm working on integrating Netsuite with my document management system (M-Files). The ODBC functionality will help keep customer names and various attributes standardized.  The developers were hoping for an *.msi package, or to at least know what switches (if any) are available with the *.exe to allow silent install.  Has anyone ever attempted something like this?  I opened a support ticket but they appear to be unable to help.
