ODBC error "Error getting the literal value of right operand"

As of last night, I am encountering the following when running queries using a date criteria in the where clause:
[OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]Error getting the literal value of right operand.[10169]

This happens on different machines, logins, and contexts. Is anyone else encountering the issue?
