Saved Search for Contacts Subscribed to a Subscription Category?
Ver 2007.0 add a new marketing feature called Campaign Subscription Categories. Unfortunately, it seems to be broken straight out of the box.
How do I create a saved search which lists ONLY those CONTACTS who are subscribed to a particular category, like "Newsletters"?
When I add a Contact filter of Campaign Response : Subscription = "Newsletters" it finds NO contacts, even though when I view the contacts they all show Subscription: "Newsetters", Subscribed: "Yes"
I need to create a list of contacts who are subscribed to "Newsletters" in order to send a mass email to them.
How can this be done?
