Email went wrong, help required

Last week our weekly email to customers went wrong.  The email arrived in the customers boxes with no images and all the links went to server not found.

The email worked when we sent the campaing test email.  The image was definitly selected as being available to all without registration.  It was set up in exactly the same way as every other email we have done in the last 3 months.

Any ideas?  Or anyone seen this fault before?
