Reverse Campaign Unsubscribe
There were several threads about how the Unsubscribe defaulted to Yes and no way to correct it----unless the customer responds affirmatively. I tried several tricks, like creating a duplicate record and merging into the subscribed one, but it still kept the unsubscribe. I also tried categories, but this check overrode any campaign.
My clients are very upset. They can't email their own customers. Has anyone come up with a way around this---to change a contact/customer unsubscription status to No so emails go through????
WILL NETSUITE GET US THIS FIX???
