Mass Send Subscription Message to customers
Hi,
I have used the Mass send Subscription Message but it is giving me a message saying
"Your mass update is complete, and has been successfully performed on 0 records."
I am sure there are results in my filtered search.
In the Mass UPdate Preview Results, I have 1993 results which I want to "perform update" on to send email out and have customers CONFIRM OPT-IN or CONFIRM OPT-OUT.
My Criteria for the Opt-In Invitation are
-Global subscription status "is any of soft opt-in, soft opt-out"
-Email "is not empty"
-Lead Source "is internet"
