We recently created a marketing campaign using a custom HTML template. The template used HTML and simple CSS to style. Once a recipient receives this email, sometimes the message gets forwarded to another person. The problem is the code is breaking apart and the email looks like it is losing all of it’s formatting and HTML. We used another service in the past and did not have this issue. What part does NetSuite play in forwarding emails? How can the issue be fixed or avoided?
